Her Over Everything Coaching
Founded in 2021 by Sandra Allen, Her Over Everything Coaching is a holistic life and trauma coaching company dedicated to empowering young girls and women (ages 16 and up) to embrace their authentic selves, reclaim their voices, and unlock their fullest potential. It’s more than just a coaching company—it is a movement built on the foundation of self-discovery, healing, and authentic living.
At Her Over Everything Coaching, we recognize that societal, cultural, and religious expectations often shape a woman’s sense of self, leading to emotional wounds, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs.
Our mission is to help women heal from past traumas, dismantle those limiting beliefs, and rediscover their true selves—independent of external expectations.
Sandra’s journey to creating Her Over Everything Coaching was deeply personal. Having spent years navigating the suffocating weight of societal expectations, she understands firsthand how conditioning, trauma, and emotional wounds can separate women from their true selves. As a young girl, she was taught to be seen and not heard, forced to conform to expectations that stifled her voice and individuality. She struggled with rejection, people-pleasing, and the burden of religious and cultural conditioning, all of which shaped her sense of self-worth.
Through personal self-exploration, healing, and reclaiming her voice, Sandra made a bold decision—to no longer live in the shadows of others’ expectations. Her Over Everything Coaching was born out of this transformation, a space where women could find healing, empowerment, and the courage to embrace their true selves.
We achieve this transformation through our signature 4-step coaching ladder—Self-Discovery, Self-Awareness, Self-Healing, and Self-Love—guiding women through a journey of deep personal growth and emotional well-being. Our coaching programs, workbooks, and transformational book, “Her Over Everything – The Journey Back to Her,” provide the tools needed for lasting change.
Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and speaking engagements, we create a safe space for women to navigate life’s challenges, engage in necessary but often uncomfortable conversations, and reclaim their inner strength.
At Her Over Everything Coaching, we don’t just offer coaching—we offer a movement of self-liberation, authenticity, and purpose. Our goal is to guide every woman toward a more integrated, fulfilling, and empowered life, where she confidently stands in her truth and leads with self-love.
